UK’s Trent Noah Draws Crowd at Forcht Bank in Greensburg

GREENSBURG, Ky. (July 15, 2025) — University of Kentucky basketball standout Trent Noah made a special appearance at Forcht Bank in Greensburg on Tuesday, drawing a crowd of excited fans eager to meet one of Big Blue Nation’s rising stars. Noah spent time signing autographs, taking photos, and connecting with supporters of all ages. One of the most memorable moments of the afternoon came when Brad Shofner of Shofner Rentals brought in a UK locker door already signed by 69 former and current players — with Noah’s signature making it an even 70.

The event was hosted at Forcht Bank, and Forcht Broadcasting news reporter Nick van der Meer had the chance to sit down with Noah for a live interview. The Kentucky native reflected on what it means to wear the blue and white. “Growing up in Kentucky and playing basketball, it’s every kid’s dream to put on that Kentucky jersey,” Noah told van der Meer. “It’s just so cool to be able to play for Big Blue Nation.”

Fans from across the region came out to show their support, many wearing UK gear and clutching memorabilia for the young star to sign. Organizers called the event a success and praised Noah for his graciousness and humble spirit. With his first season as a Wildcat on the horizon, it’s clear that Trent Noah already has the heart of BBN behind him — and a spot in a growing legacy of Kentucky basketball greats.
