Campbellsville Fire-Rescue Dispatched To Residential Structure Fire On Lowell Avenue

Campbellsville Fire-Rescue was dispatched to a report of smoke in a residence. Upon arrival, firefighters found light smoke coming from one eve of the house and light smoke inside.  Firefighters located a fire in the attic, initiated a second alarm for manpower, extinguished the fire and provided overhaul. The cause of the fire is related to an electrical issue in the attic. No civilian or firefighter injuries were reported.
