Campbellsville Fire-Rescue was dispatched to a report of a working house fire.
Upon arrival, firefighter found heavy fire and smoke coming from side A of the structure.
Firefighters extinguished the fire, conducted primary/secondary searches and provided overhaul.
Firefighters encountered extreme hording conditions inside the residence making it difficult to control the fire and slowed down search operations.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
No firefighter or civilian injuries were reported.
