During the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 28, 2023 two individuals in a U-Haul truck cut open a cage at the rear of Walmart and removed 72 used batteries. Later in the morning of Tuesday, November 28, 2023 Greensburg Police located the U Haul associated with the theft.
With the assistance of Greensburg Police, 36-year old Vernon L. Richardson of Campbellsville was arrested and charged with, Burglary 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree.
