Campbellsville Police Conducting Homicide Investigation On South Columbia Avenue

On Monday, October 14, 2024 at 12:32 a.m., Campbellsville Police received a call of two (2) gunshot victims at a residence on South Columbia Avenue.

Once on scene and after an investigation, it was determined, that 25-year old Daulton W. Curry of Greensburg and 21-year old Xavior C. Adams of Campbellsville had gotten into an altercation.

During the altercation, both Curry and Adams produced a handgun and fired at each other.

Daulton Curry was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by Taylor County Coroner, Daniel Cook.

Xavior Adams was flown to the University of Kentucky hospital as a result of his injuries and is in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing by the Campbellsville Police Department
