Juvenile Found Deceased, Campbellsville Woman Arrested, Charged With Criminal Abuse, Manslaughter And Wanton Endangerment

On Friday, February 2, 2024 at approximately 10:00 p.m., Campbellsville Police and Campbellsville-Taylor County EMS received a call of a 6-month old female not breathing.

EMS and Campbellsville Police arrived on scene and located a deceased 6-month old female.

After an investigation involving Campbellsville Police, Taylor County Coroner, and Cabinet for Health and Family Services, 24-year old Haley Jade Fisher of Campbellsville was arrested and charged with the following: Criminal Abuse 1st Degree-Child 12 or Under Manslaughter 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
