The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife will be conducting a large woodland burn today on Pikes Ridge of Green River Management Area. The prescribed burn is being conducted to improve woodland habitat for wildlife and encourage oak regeneration. Smoke may be visible from Campbellsville and live fire could be visible from the US Army course of engineer office and spillway area from early afternoon today into this evening.
