Tammy Owen of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of Joyce (Drake) Neil and the late Donald Olsen, was born December 10, 1965, in Geneva, New York, and departed this life on Wednesday, August 26, 2025, at her home. She was 59 years of age.
She was a former waitress and cook.
Tammy enjoyed cooking, reading, and working puzzles.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Owen of Campbellsville; her mother, Joyce Neil of Phoenix, Arizona; two daughters: Erica Owen of Phoenix and Brianna Keltner and her husband, William, of Campbellsville.
Also two sisters: Shauna Jones and Renee Johnson, both of Arizona; two grandchildren: Lane and Carli Keltner; sisters-in-law: Laura and Lita Owen, both of New York; her father-in-law: Allen Owen of New York, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service for Tammy Owen will be Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
Visitation after 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, until the time for the service.
